Stepping outside a little
The joy of trying new things
New experiences can be daunting, but I believe there’s some excitement to be found in the fear of the unknown. That realization that failure is an option, that you might not be the best at this new endeavour or even that you might dedicate a lot of effort to a new experience you find that you objectively hate. Exhilarating.
Starting a blog and yapping into what seems to be a void is definitely something outside my comfort zone, but I refuse to be deterred because it’s worse to have never tried. I will continue to seek out new experiences, learn new things and fail at some of them because why not? Really and truly, why not?
Step outside and try something new, like this chicken recipe I like to think I’ve perfected. Also, it’s super easy and an excellent way to clear out the fridge when you have lots of vegetables you keep forgetting to eat.
